About Us
For over twenty years, HRD (Heritage Remodel & Design) has provided high-quality construction services in the Triangle Area. Founded in 1999 by Mike and Steve Young – brothers who share a vision for designing, renovating, and building timeless modern homes – HRD has developed a reputation for reliability and quality. Many of our clients become lifetime clients, and most of our business comes through referrals.
Our staff have been with us for over fifteen years, and our clients can expect clear, consistent communication from start to finish with our longtime Project Manager, Mike Sowards, our in-house electrician, Buddie Quinn, and our Office Manager, Peggy Soltero.
Our goal is to provide each client with a clear scope of work early in the project so we can meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. That is the foundation our reputation is built on, and we look forward to continuing to build for years to come.
